Pakrumm Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Welcome to pakrumm. The platform you're using — including the website at pakrumm.bet, all associated games, betting markets, promotional features, payment systems and customer support services — is operated by Pakrumm (referred to throughout this document as "pakrumm", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pakrumm.

Please read these Terms carefully from start to finish before you register an account or use any part of pakrumm. If you do not understand any clause, contact our support team before proceeding. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use pakrumm.

1. Definitions

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this document. Understanding them helps you read the rest of these Terms accurately.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on pakrumm. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Pakrumm may request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on pakrumm. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Pakrumm reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any winnings earned from duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension. If your details change after registration — particularly your mobile number or payment method — you must update them promptly via account settings or by contacting pakrumm support.

2.4 Verification Process

Pakrumm operates a Know Your Player (KYP) process. At any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds — we may require you to submit documentation confirming your identity and ownership of the payment method you are using. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Delays in providing verification documents will pause withdrawal processing until the verification is complete.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakrumm account login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Pakrumm will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be pakrumm support and asks for your password, do not share it and report the contact to us immediately.

Any activity that takes place through your account — bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether you personally performed those actions. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact pakrumm immediately so we can suspend your account and investigate. We strongly recommend using a unique strong password for your pakrumm account that is not used for any other service.

3.1 Shared Devices

If you access pakrumm on a shared or public device, you must log out after each session and ensure your login details are not saved in the browser. Pakrumm is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to secure their credentials on a shared device.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on pakrumm are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied by pakrumm. What you deposit in PKR is what is credited to your wallet in PKR, and what you withdraw is credited to your local payment method in PKR.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Pakrumm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Payments from accounts not in your own name are not accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on pakrumm is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your pakrumm account. Pakrumm reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Pakrumm targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawal requests made while a verification is pending will be held until verification is complete. Pakrumm is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

4.5 Withdrawals to the Same Method

For security reasons, pakrumm requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. If your payment method has changed, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General

All bets and game rounds placed on pakrumm are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. The minimum bet amount varies by game and market — current minimums are displayed within each game or betting market on pakrumm.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets on pakrumm are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for that sport or competition. If a match is abandoned before completion and the result is not officially confirmed, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports markets — including rules for postponed matches, player markets and accumulator settlements — are available in the sports betting rules section of pakrumm.

5.3 Casino and Live Casino

Casino game results on pakrumm are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. Live casino game results are determined by physical game equipment operated by licensed live dealers. Results are final once the round has concluded. Any technical malfunction that interrupts a game round will be investigated, and pakrumm will make a settlement decision that is as fair as possible given the available evidence.

5.4 Odds Changes

Pre-match betting odds on pakrumm are subject to change up to the point at which your bet is confirmed. If the odds displayed when you submit a bet have changed by the time your request is processed, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or decline the new odds. In live in-play markets, brief suspensions may occur around key match events — bet requests submitted during a suspension will be queued and processed when the market reopens.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Pakrumm reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet payout limits. These limits vary by sport and market and are displayed within the relevant betting section. Any winnings from a single bet that exceed the applicable limit will be capped at the limit amount. This cap applies even if the combined odds of an accumulator bet would otherwise produce a higher return.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on pakrumm are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus terms in this section. In any conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence for the matters they address.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on pakrumm require you to wager a specified amount before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion. For example, a "10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount" means you must place total bets equal to 10 times the bonus credited before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Bets placed using real money balance count toward wagering requirements in the same way as bets placed using bonus funds, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

6.3 Minimum Odds for Wagering

Where a bonus has an "eligible odds" requirement — for example, that bets must be placed at odds of 1.60 or higher to count toward wagering — only bets meeting that threshold will be counted. Bets below the minimum odds will not count toward clearing the wagering requirement on pakrumm.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Pakrumm takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, or hedging bets across markets to achieve risk-free clearing of wagering requirements. Pakrumm reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified, and to suspend the account involved.

6.5 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account and cannot be reinstated. Pakrumm will not send reminders about bonus expiry, so it is your responsibility to track any time-limited bonus credits in your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakrumm. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script or algorithm to place bets or interact with games on pakrumm without explicit written permission.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from an identifiable system error are not valid and will be reversed on pakrumm.
• Collusion with other players — including coordinating bets in casino games or live Ludo tables to gain an unfair advantage over other players or pakrumm.
• Match-fixing or using insider information obtained illegally when placing sports bets on pakrumm.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits. All deposits on pakrumm must come from sources owned by the registered player.
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pakrumm staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or to interfere with the pakrumm platform in any way.
• Registering an account while subject to a self-exclusion or while under 18 years of age.

8. Responsible Gaming

Pakrumm is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of people, gaming can become harmful. The tools below are available to all players directly from their account settings on pakrumm:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that cannot be raised for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period after any increase request.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Loss limits are enforced at the platform level, not just as a display alert.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play reminding you of how long you have been logged in.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pakrumm. Exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately on request from our support team and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders during gameplay showing your session duration and net gaming balance for the session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pakrumm — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials and software — is the property of pakrumm or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pakrumm content without our prior written consent. The pakrumm name and logo are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pakrumm provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and reliable at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally cause downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakrumm's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — including lost winnings, missed bets due to technical issues or data loss — is limited to the net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pakrumm is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by Pakrumm

Pakrumm reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; the account is subject to a chargeback or payment dispute; or we are required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, pakrumm may withhold account funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Pakrumm will not be liable for any losses you claim resulted from a lawful account suspension.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your pakrumm account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be cancelled on account closure and are not eligible for withdrawal.

12. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your pakrumm experience — a disputed bet settlement, a payment issue or any other concern — the correct first step is to contact pakrumm customer support via live chat or by emailing support@pakrumm.bet. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint and provide an initial response within 24 hours.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction after escalation through our support team, you may request a formal review by our compliance department. Formal review requests must be submitted in writing to support@pakrumm.bet with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and must include your account username, a description of the dispute and any supporting evidence. Pakrumm will provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

All disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant bet being settled on pakrumm. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Pakrumm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a notice displayed on the pakrumm platform for a minimum of 7 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of pakrumm after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of pakrumm are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to pakrumm's licensed jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of pakrumm will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in pakrumm's gaming licence.
